The Bay of Cavalaire-sur-Mer offers a wonderful area! With a calm sea, an omnipresent period of sunshine and Bellini’s private beach wich porposes a unique concept of Mozzarella Bar in the Golfe of St. Tropez… We can only fell good!

The Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, a product wich come from Italy and wich has no equal taste, tender, parfumed, delicate… This mozzarella is a delight!

The Mozzarella di Bufala is the only one that could be called like that, this knowledge is protected under the AOC appelation and can be enjoyed in the private beach Le Bellini.

It distinguishes in 3 cathegories: the Mozzarella Classic, the Mozzarella Affumicata (smoked) and the Mozzarella Burrata (more creamy).

They can be eaten alone or with a plate of melon, San Daniele Ham, or tomatoes.
